Q. How will I receive my ticket? Will a physical ticket be delivered?

 : No physical tickets will be issued. A confirmation email will be sent within 2 days of booking, and a QR code for entry will be sent a day before the event. Please show the QR code at the venue for admission.

Q. Until when can I cancel my ticket and receive a refund?

 : Full refund before 9 AM, Sep 5.    |     70% refund before 9 AM, Sep 8.     |    No refund or cancellation after that. 

Q. Will meals or refreshments be provided at the venue?

 : Meals will not be provided. Coffee, bottled water, and light snacks (such as cookies) will be available, but these items are not officially included in the ticket price.

Q. How do I enter the venue on the day of the event?

 : The registration desk opens at 11:30 AM. Please show your QR code at the desk on the event day to verify your identity and receive your entry badge. Wearing the badge is required for entry into the venue.

Q. What information is required when registering?

 : Name of ticket holder    |     Contact email address     |    Affiliation and job title for name badge  

Q. Is parking available at the venue?

: Due to limited parking space, on site parking is not available. We recommend using nearby public parking or public transportation.
