Privacy Policy
In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Digital Asset Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to facilitate the prompt and seamless handling of any related concerns.

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)
The Company collects and uses personal information for the purposes listed below. The collected information will not be used for any purpose other than those stated, and in the event of a change in purpose, the Company will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Non-member Purchase and Management
To confirm the intent to proceed with a non-member purchase, identify users for non-member services, authenticate identity under limited verification policies, prevent unauthorized use, verify consent from a legal guardian for users under the age of 14, and provide notices, alerts, and issue resolution.
2. Provision of Goods and Services
To deliver services, issue tickets at the event site, verify identity and age, and process billing, payment, and settlements for related goods and services.
3. Inquiry and Complaint Handling
To verify the identity of complainants, check the nature of inquiries, investigate facts, provide updates, and deliver outcomes.
4. Event Notifications
To provide guidance, information, invitations, pre-registration notices, satisfaction surveys, and related benefits for BTCON Seoul and other events hosted or organized by BTCON (including conferences, webinars, and networking sessions).

Article 2 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
1. The Company retains and uses personal information only within the period agreed upon by the data subject or as required by relevant laws.
2. The retention periods for each category of personal information are as follows:
* Non-member Purchase and Management: Until one year after the end of BTCON Seoul 2025
Exceptions:
(1) During ongoing investigations or legal proceedings: until completion
(2) When financial obligations remain: until full settlement
* Provision of Goods and Services: Until the completion of service provision and final payment settlement
Exceptions:
Records retained under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce:
* Product advertisements: 6 months
* Contracts, withdrawals, payments, delivery: 5 years
* Customer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Records retained under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act:
* Communication timestamps, numbers, usage, base station data: 1 year
* Internet access and connection logs: 3 months

Article 3 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)

1. The Company outsources certain personal information processing tasks as follows:
* Delegate: DAON Partners Co., Ltd.
* Scope of Work: Registration and on-site ticket issuance for BTCON Seoul 2025
2. When entering into an outsourcing agreement, the Company includes provisions on the prohibition of personal information processing beyond the intended purpose, security measures, re-delegation restrictions, management and supervision of delegates, and liability for damages, in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
3. Any changes to the outsourced services or delegates will be announced through this policy without delay.

Article 4 (Rights of Data Subjects and Their Legal Representatives)
1. Data subjects may exercise the following rights at any time:
1. Request access to personal information
2. Request correction of errors
3. Request deletion
4. Request suspension of processing
2. These rights may be exercised through written requests, phone calls, email, or fax, and the Company will respond without undue delay.
3. If correction or deletion is requested, the Company will not use or disclose the information until the matter is resolved.
4. Legal representatives may exercise these rights on behalf of data subjects, in which case a power of attorney form (Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rule) must be submitted.
5. Data subjects shall not violate relevant laws by infringing on the privacy of others or improperly accessing or misusing personal data.

Article 5 (Items of Personal Information Collected)
The Company collects and processes the following items of personal information:
* Non-member Purchase and Management
Required: Name, phone number, email address, organization, job title
* Provision of Goods and Services
Required: Name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and payment information including credit card details

Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
1. The Company promptly destroys personal information when retention periods expire or the purpose of collection has been fulfilled.
2. If retention is required under other laws, the data will be stored separately in a secure database.
3. Destruction procedures and methods:
* Procedure: The Company selects data for destruction and obtains approval from the Privacy Officer.
* Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

Article 7 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
The Company implements the following measures to protect personal information:
* Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular staff training
* Technical Measures: Access control to processing systems, installation of security software

Article 8 (Use of Cookies)
1. The Company uses cookies to enhance personalized user experiences.
